Ingredients:
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts π
4 tablespoons cream cheese π§
1/4 cup shredded Pepperjack cheese πΆοΈ
2 tablespoons green onion, chopped π§
4 to 8 slices of bacon π₯
Directions:
Begin by cutting each chicken breast into 4 equal-sized pieces. Then, pound each piece until itβs about 1/4β³ thick.
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped green onions, and shredded Pepperjack cheese.
Place 1/4 of this cheese mixture into the center of each piece of chicken.
Carefully roll up each chicken breast, starting at the long side, to keep the cheese mixture in the middle.
