Zero Point Strawberry Ice Cream

Thaw the strawberries: Let them stand outside for 5–10 minutes to avoid overloading the blender.

Blend everything: Blend strawberries, yogurt, vanilla, and sweetener in a high-performance blender or food processor until creamy.

Season to taste and serve: Add a little lemon juice or honey/sweetener to taste.

Enjoy immediately: Serve as soft serve – or for a firmer ice cream, place in the freezer for 1-2 hours.

With banana: Blend in 1 frozen banana β†’ creamier, but no longer 100% Zero Points (depending on the WW version).

Other fruits: Raspberries, mango, blueberries – also great mixed together!

Toppings (optional, then with points): Dark chocolate shavings, coconut flakes, nuts, or a dollop of peanut butter.
