🥄 Preparation:
Prepare the cheese base:

Mix the cream cheese, ricotta, and Parmesan in a bowl until smooth.

Add the lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Pour the mixture into a small ovenproof dish or casserole dish and level the surface.

Prepare the tomato topping:

Mix the tomatoes, onion, garlic, basil, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl.

Season with salt and pepper.

Pour the mixture evenly over the cheese mixture.

Optional for topping:

If you like the dip warm, sprinkle with mozzarella and bake in the oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) for about 10–15 minutes, until the cheese is melted.

Serving:

Serve warm or cold with toasted baguette, ciabatta, or crackers.

📝 Tips:
Instead of fresh tomatoes, you can also use semi-dried tomatoes in winter.

For more flavor, chop up some chili flakes or sundried tomatoes and mix in.

Suitable for vegetarians and low-carb!
