Preheat your waffle iron. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
Lightly grease the waffle iron with cooking spray or melted butter. Pour batter into the waffle iron and cook according to manufacturer’s instructions until golden and crisp. Set aside to cool slightly.
In a cold mixing bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract on high speed until stiff peaks form. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
To assemble, place one mini or quartered waffle on a serving plate, pipe a generous swirl of whipped cream, and top with sliced strawberries. Stack with a second waffle and repeat the whipped cream swirl.
Finish with a whole strawberry on top for a dramatic and sweet presentation.

Decoration Tips:

– Use a large star piping tip for neat whipped cream swirls that look bakery-quality.
– Choose small whole strawberries with the green leaves intact for topping this adds a fresh, polished look.
– For an extra touch, dust lightly with powdered sugar just before serving.
– Serve on a white platter or cake stand to highlight the color contrast between golden waffles and red berries
