✨ Ingredients (makes 4-6 chimichangas):
For the filling:
1 cup chopped fresh strawberries
4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
¼ cup powdered sugar
½ tsp vanilla extract
Optional: 2 tbsp strawberry jam for extra flavor and moisture
For the shell:
4–6 small flour tortillas (8-inch size works well)
Vegetable oil for frying
Cinnamon-sugar mixture:
½ cup granulated sugar
1½ tsp ground cinnamon
