🍎 Soft Apple Flan in the Air Fryer
Ingredients (for 2–3 servings):
For the flan custard:

2 eggs

1 cup milk (or half-and-half for creamier texture)

3 tbsp sugar (or to taste)

1 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

For the apple layer:

1 medium apple (peeled and thinly sliced)

1 tbsp butter

1 tbsp brown sugar

Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

For the caramel (optional but classic):

2 tbsp sugar

1 tsp water

Instructions:
1. Prepare the caramel (optional):
In a small pan or microwave-safe bowl, mix 2 tbsp sugar with 1 tsp water.

Heat until it turns golden brown (watch closely).

Pour the caramel into the base of your ramekin or heat-safe bowl. Let it harden slightly.

2. Cook the apples:
In a small pan, sauté the sliced apple with 1 tbsp butter, brown sugar, and a pinch of cinnamon until soft (about 5 minutes).

Let cool slightly.
