Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Line a baking tray with parchment or lightly grease a loaf pan.

Mix ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine all meatloaf ingredients. Use clean hands or a fork to gently mixβ€”don’t overwork it.
