Sausage and cheese puff pastry rolls with butter and mustard sauce

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp Dijon mustard (or spicy brown mustard)

1 tsp honey (optional, for a touch of sweetness)

A pinch of salt

Optional: a splash of cream for richness or a pinch of garlic powder

Instructions:
Melt butter in a small saucepan over low heat.

Whisk in mustard (and honey, if using).

Season with salt and any optional ingredients.

Keep warm and serve with the sausage rolls.
