For simple cookies: Roll into small balls and flatten slightly with your fingers or a fork.

For rose shapes: Roll the dough into thin strips or petals and spiral them into rose-like shapes.

Decorate (optional)
Press a few dried rose petals or pistachio slivers into the tops before baking.

Bake
Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F). Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until edges are just golden. Do not overbake.

Cool and serve
Let cool on a wire rack. The cookies will firm up as they cool. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

Add ground cardamom or a touch of lemon zest for extra flavor.

Use almond flour for a nutty twist.

Dip half of each cookie in white chocolate and sprinkle with dried rose petals for a stunning finish.

🫖 Perfect Pairings:
A cup of Earl Grey, jasmine, or rose tea

A glass of sparkling rosé for special occasions

Light fruit sorbets or yogurt-based desserts
