Strawberries with Vanilla Eggnog Cream Preparation:
Wash, clean, and quarter the strawberries and place them in a tall bowl, setting aside 3-4 strawberries for decoration. Add vanilla sugar and a little liquid sweetener to the strawberries if desired. Puree with a blender and set aside.
Place the Vanilla Crèmefine in a bowl and beat until stiff peaks form with a hand mixer. Stir in the quark, milk, and eggnog to create a creamy mixture. Season with liquid sweetener to taste. If not using eggnog, simply add a little more milk.
Layer the dessert in glasses or glass bowls. Pour in a little cream first, then strawberry puree, and so on until all the cream is used up. Garnish with strawberries and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
