Ingredients
250g pasta (e.g., penne or fusilli)
200g diced ham (cooked or smoked to taste)
200g sour cream
1 onion, finely chopped
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper
Preparation
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions in plenty of salted water until al dente.
2. While the pasta is cooking, melt the butter in a large pan. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until it releases a pleasant aroma.
3. Stir in the diced ham and fry briefly until lightly browned.
4. Now add the sour cream and stir everything into a smooth sauce.
5. Drain the pasta and toss it directly into the pan with the sour cream sauce.
6. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately – it's a real treat!
