Fat, for frying
Icing sugar, for dusting
Preparation
1. Simply knead all the ingredients, except the fat, thoroughly with the dough hook of a hand mixer!
2. Then heat the fat to approximately 190°C (375°F). Use two teaspoons to scoop out small balls and fry them in the fat until golden brown. Dust with powdered sugar.
Much easier to make than making a dough with yeast. Tastes simply delicious!
