Pineapple coconut sorbet

Ingredients:

– 400 g pineapple chunks (fresh or frozen)
– 100 ml coconut milk
– 1 tbsp honey

Preparation:

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Serve immediately or freeze for 2 hours for a firmer texture.
