A Creative Take on a Traditional Snack

🍴 Serves: 6 (12 halves)
✅ Ingredients:
6 large eggs

3 tbsp basil pesto (homemade or store-bought)

1½ tbsp mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)

Salt & black pepper, to taste

Optional toppings:
– Fresh basil leaves
– Pine nuts
– Grated Parmesan
– Chili flakes or smoked paprika for kick

🔄 Instructions:
Boil the Eggs:
Place eggs in a saucepan, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, turn off heat, cover, and let sit for 10–12 minutes. Then transfer eggs to an ice bath.

Peel & Halve:
Once cool, peel eggs and slice in half lengthwise. Gently scoop out yolks into a mixing bowl.
