This no-bake strawberry tiramisu recipe requires no oven and takes just 10 minutes to prepare—perfect for busy cooks who want to create a stunning dessert without spending hours in the kitchen. The result is a creamy and refreshing dessert that captures all the elegance of traditional tiramisu while highlighting the sweet, vibrant flavors of fresh strawberries.

Ingredients
For the strawberry layer
100g fresh strawberries, stemmed and sliced
1 tbsp (15g) granulated sugar
1 tbsp (15ml) fresh lemon juice
For the cream layer
240ml (1 cup) heavy cream
2 tbsp (30ml) sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp (5ml) pure vanilla extract
1 tbsp (15g) granulated sugar
200g mascarpone, room temperature
For the assembly
200g Savoiardi strawberries
Fresh strawberries for garnish
Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Step-by-step instructions

Prepare the strawberry mixture. First, wash the fresh strawberries and remove the stems. Thinly slice them and place them in a medium bowl. Add 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar and 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice to the sliced strawberries. Gently toss the strawberries with the sugar and lemon juice, making sure all pieces are well coated. Let the mixture stand for 10 to 15 minutes to allow the strawberries to release their natural juices and form a light syrup.

Prepare the cream layer. Place the whipped cream
in a large bowl and beat it with an electric mixer at medium speed. Gradually increase the speed until soft peaks form. Add the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and the remaining tablespoon of sugar. Continue beating until stiff peaks form, being careful not to overbeat and form butter.

In a separate bowl, gently fold in the room-temperature mascarpone until smooth and creamy. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone in three additions, gently folding to achieve a light and airy texture.

Assemble the Strawberry Tiramisu
Take your serving platter or glass baking dish and begin layering. First, place a layer of Savoiardi biscuits on the bottom of the dish, breaking them apart if necessary to ensure they stay in place. Spoon half of the strawberry mixture over the top and add a little juice for extra flavor.

Then, using a spatula, spread half of the mascarpone cream evenly over the strawberries. Place another layer of ladyfingers on top and spread the remaining strawberry mixture over the top. Add the final layer of mascarpone cream and smooth it down for an elegant finish.

Final Preparation and Cooling:
Arrange fresh strawberry slices decoratively on top of the cream layer. Add small mint leaves, if desired, for a color contrast and aromatic aroma. Cover the finished tiramisu with plastic wrap, making sure the wrap does not touch the surface of the dessert.

Refrigerate the strawberry tiramisu for at least 3–4 hours, but overnight is best. The cooling time allows the flavors to blend and the cookies to soften slightly while retaining their texture.

Recipe Variations and Substitutions
Fruit Variations
Swap strawberries for other seasonal berries like raspberries, blueberries, or blackberries. Mixed berries add beautiful color variation and complex flavors. For a tropical twist, try diced mango or passion fruit puree.
Cream Substitutes
For a lighter version, replace half of the mascarpone with Greek yogurt or cream cheese. Vegans can use cashew cream or coconut cream whipped with powdered sugar. If you avoid dairy, you can use dairy-free mascarpone alternatives available at delis.

Cookie Substitutes:
Savoiardi biscuits are traditional, but for a more pronounced almond flavor, you can replace them with graham crackers, vanilla wafers, or even crushed amaretti biscuits. For gluten-free versions, use ladyfingers or gluten-free almond biscuits.

Flavor Enhancers:
For an adult version, add a tablespoon of strawberry liqueur or rum to the strawberry mixture. For a stronger flavor, stir lemon zest into the cream.
