ORANGE CHICKEN MEATBALLS

Prepare the meatballs with the minced meat, garlic, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and breadcrumbs.
Flour and brown in a pan with olive oil.
Add it to the pot.
In the same pan, poach the julienned onion, then add a tablespoon of flour. Add half a glass of white wine, reduce, 2 bay leaves, orange juice, and chicken broth.
Season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil, and pour over the meatballs.
