Peel and coarsely grate the potatoes.
Place them in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out any excess liquid.
Place the grated potatoes in a bowl.
Add the egg, cheese, flour, and spices and mix well.
Form the mixture into small patties.
Fry in a pan with a little oil over medium heat until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side).
Drain on paper towels – done!
Tip: Serve with a yogurt and herb dip or ketchup – kids love it! 😋
