100g (3.5 oz) melted butter
400ml (1 2/3 cups) heavy cream (chilled)
250g (8 oz) cream cheese (room temp)
100g (1/2 cup) sugar (or to taste)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp lemon juice (optional, adds freshness)
Gelatin (optional for firmer texture): 1 tbsp unflavored + 2 tbsp water
