🔪 Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with cooking spray.

2. Cook the Beef Filling
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it into crumbles, until fully browned. Drain excess fat.

Stir in the taco seasoning and water, then simmer for 4-5 minutes until thickened. Remove from heat.

3. Assemble the Taco Pockets
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.

Spoon 1-2 tablespoons of the beef mixture onto the wider end of each triangle.

Top with a sprinkle of cheese, a little salsa, and any optional add-ins (bell peppers, olives, green onions).

4. Fold & Seal
Gently roll each crescent from the wide end toward the tip, enclosing the filling.

Pinch the edges lightly to seal and place them on the baking sheet.

5. Bake to Golden Perfection
Bake for 11-13 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and crispy.

6. Serve & Enjoy!
Let cool slightly, then serve warm with your favorite toppings—sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, cilantro, or hot sauce for extra flavor!

🍽️ Perfect for dipping, snacking, or a fun family dinner!
