Preheat Oven:
Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Mix Meatloaf Ingredients:
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, chopped onion, chopped bell pepper, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, Dijon mustard, BBQ sauce, bread crumbs, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, egg, salt, and pepper. Knead with your hands until everything is well blended.
Fill Muffin Tin:
Grease a muffin tin well. Divide the meat mixture evenly into 10 sections.
Prepare Glaze:
In a small bowl, mix together BBQ sauce, ketchup, and honey.
Top Meatloaf Muffins:
Spread the glaze over each mini meatloaf.
Bake:
Bake for 25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
