Brown the ground beef:
Brown the ground beef with onion and garlic powder (or fresh ingredients), salt, and pepper in a pan until crumbly and cooked through. Let cool.

Make the Big Mac sauce:
Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Season to taste and adjust seasoning if desired.

Prepare the rice paper:
Fill a large bowl with warm water. Soak each rice paper sheet for about 10 seconds until soft but not too sticky.

Fill and roll:
Place a strip of ground beef, some cheddar cheese, a few cucumber pieces, sauce, and some lettuce in the center of the paper. Roll up like a spring roll: first fold in the sides, then roll up tightly.

Baking:
Place rice paper rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, lightly brush with oil, and bake at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15–20 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Turn once during baking.

✅ Low-Carb Tip
Rice paper contains about 7–8g of carbohydrates per sheet – okay for a low-carb diet in moderation. Alternatively, you can use cheese chips or lettuce leaves as a wrap substitute if you're more strict.

💡 Optional: Toppings & Dips
