Lemon & Garlic Chicken Quarters

Preheat & Bake:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Arrange the chicken skin-side up in a baking dish. Pour any leftover marinade over the top.

Bake uncovered for 45–55 minutes, or until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C) and skin is golden and crispy.

Rest & Serve:

Let chicken rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Garnish with fresh parsley and extra lemon wedges, if desired.

🔪 Tips:
For crispier skin: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end of baking.

For juicy results: Don’t skip resting time after cooking.

Great served with: roasted potatoes, rice pilaf, or a fresh green salad.
