Kohlrabi and Carrot Stew with Meatballs

Chop the vegetables into small pieces and cook with water (until the vegetables are lightly covered) and broth until tender. Add the leeks and cream cheese and season. Mix the ground beef with the spices, egg, breadcrumbs, and parsley, form into small balls, and let it simmer in the soup for about 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve. Tip: Processed cheese also works well as a substitute.
