Ingredients:
For the bread dumpling coating:

250g day-old bread rolls, diced

200ml milk, warm

2 eggs

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 tbsp chopped parsley

Salt, pepper, and a pinch of nutmeg

1 tbsp butter (for frying onion)

For the filling:

400–500g Kassler (smoked pork loin or neck), boneless

For the coating:

100g bacon strips (streaky bacon)
