Every year, my grandma made this, but I never remembered to write it down. I'm thrilled to have found something that resembles hers!

1. Begin by preparing all your fruits. Slice the bananas and kiwis, and peel and segment the oranges and grapefruit.
2. In a large glass baking dish, arrange the banana slices evenly across the bottom.
3. Layer the orange segments over the bananas, followed by the kiwi slices.
4. Sprinkle the raspberries and blueberries over the top, allowing them to fill in the gaps.
5. Finally, add the grapefruit segments, arranging them artfully for a pop of color.
6. Chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
Variations & Tips
For a touch of sweetness, drizzle a bit of honey or agave syrup over the salad before serving. You can also add a handful of mint leaves for a refreshing twist. If you prefer a bit of crunch, sprinkle some toasted almonds or walnuts on top. For a more tropical flavor, consider adding pineapple chunks or mango slices to the mix.
