Croissant Jambon-Fromage

Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180Β°C (conventional) or 160Β°C (fan-assisted).

Roll out the dough and cut into triangles (if not already pre-cut).

Filling: Place 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese on each triangle of dough. If desired, spread some mustard or cream cheese on top.

Rolling: Roll up from the wide side and shape into croissants.

Brushing: Brush with beaten egg yolk for a golden color.

Baking: Bake in the oven for about 15–20 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.

Enjoy: Best served warm!
