1. Whisk eggs with sugar. Add milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla. Whisk. Add flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Bake for 25 minutes at 180°C / 350°F. Let the cake cool.
2. Carefully cut off the top of the cake with a knife, leaving a few centimeters from the edges. Arrange the bananas as shown.
3. Mix all the ingredients for the cream. Heat gently until thickened. Once the cream has thickened, turn off the heat and add the butter and vanilla. Cool the cream.
4. Boil the whipped cream in a bowl, then whisk a glass of milk with a bag of whipped cream. Mix with the vanilla sauce. Grind the chocolate.
