Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Roll out puff pastry on a lightly floured surface into a rectangle (about 10x12 inches).
Spread sauce evenly over the pastry, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
Sprinkle toppings: Add mozzarella, pepperoni, Parmesan, and any optional toppings.
Season with oregano and garlic powder.
Fold or cut:
Option 1: Roll up jelly-roll style and slice into pinwheels.
Option 2: Cut into small squares or rectangles for bite-sized treats.
Brush with olive oil on top for golden crispiness.
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until puffed and golden brown.
Cool slightly before serving. Optionally serve with extra warm marinara for dipping.
