Ingredients (4 servings):
300g poached cod (only briefly pre-cooked)

24 cooked mussels

100g peeled grey shrimp (Grijze prawnen)

Juice of ½ lemon

200ml fish stock

100ml crème fraîche

1 white part of a leek, finely julienne-cut

1 carrot, diced (Brunoise)

100g grated Gruyère cheese

2 tbsp chopped parsley
