2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)

Instructions:
Activate yeast:
In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5–10 minutes until foamy.

Make the dough:
Add flour, salt, egg, and softened butter. Mix and knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Shape the buns:
Punch down the dough, divide into 8–10 pieces, and shape into round buns. Place on a baking tray, cover, and let rise again for 30 minutes.

Garlic butter topping:
Mix minced garlic, parsley, and melted butter. Brush over risen buns.

Bake:
