πΈ Part 1: Fluffy Garlic Buns
Ingredients:
3 Β½ cups all-purpose flour
2 ΒΌ tsp active dry yeast
1 cup warm milk
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
ΒΌ cup unsalted butter (softened)
1 egg
3 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp fresh parsley (chopped)
2 tbsp melted butter (for brushing)
Instructions:
Activate yeast:
In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit for 5β10 minutes until foamy.
Make the dough:
Add flour, salt, egg, and softened butter. Mix and knead for 8β10 minutes until smooth and elastic. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
Shape the buns:
Punch down the dough, divide into 8β10 pieces, and shape into round buns. Place on a baking tray, cover, and let rise again for 30 minutes.
Garlic butter topping:
Mix minced garlic, parsley, and melted butter. Brush over risen buns.
Bake:
Bake at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 15β18 minutes, until golden. Brush again with garlic butter when out of the oven.

2 chicken breasts (thinly sliced or shredded)
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
Β½ tsp cayenne (optional for extra heat)

Salt & pepper to taste
Juice of Β½ lime
