Prepare the dough:

In a large mixing bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the yogurt and oil and mix well with a whisk or spatula.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and gradually add to the mixture. Knead until a soft and slightly sticky dough forms.
Shape the candies:

Take small portions of the dough and shape them into balls or discs, depending on your taste.
If desired, press them down slightly to create a flatter shape.
Cook in a pan:

Heat a non-stick pan over medium-low heat and lightly grease with a little oil or butter.
Bake the cakes for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Be careful not to burn them!
Serve:

Once cooked, serve as is or sprinkle with powdered sugar for an extra touch of sweetness.
Notes:

You can enrich the batter with chocolate chips, chopped dried fruit, or grated lemon zest for a fresher flavor.
