1 1/2 lbs spinach leaves

Freshly ground black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon dried dill
115 g cream cheese
300 g feta cheese
For the Béchamel Sauce:
4 tablespoons olive oil
6 tablespoons all-purpose flour
4 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon salt, or to taste To taste

1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 eggs
1 to 2 cups grated kefalotiri or Parmesan cheese
