Shape the buns:
Deflate the dough. Divide the dough into 12 to 16 equal pieces and form each into a ball. Place the balls in an oiled pan, spacing them slightly apart.
Second rise:
Cover the buns with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let them rise in a warm place for 30 to 45 minutes, or until they are puffy and touching.
Preheat the oven:
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
Bake the buns:
Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Finishing touch:
Remove the buns from the oven and brush them with melted butter for a shiny, soft crust.
Serving:
Allow the rolls to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy them warm or at room temperature.
Tips:
Make sure the liquids (water and milk) are at the right temperature to properly activate the yeast.
The dough should be soft but not sticky; adjust the consistency with small amounts of flour or water if necessary.
Enjoy your soft and tender rolls!
