2. Place the ground meat in a large bowl along with the onion, garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, paprika, salt, pepper, and fresh herbs. Mix everything thoroughly, preferably with your hands—it will combine beautifully.
3. Form the mixture into a firm loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
4. Now, place it in the preheated oven! Bake the meatball for about 45 minutes, until it's nicely cooked and golden brown.
