Savory Crepes with Minced Meat Filling

🌮 Savory Crepes with Minced Meat Filling ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Crepe Batter:
1 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs

1 1/4 cups milk

2 tbsp melted butter or oil

1/4 tsp salt

Instructions:

Whisk all ingredients until smooth (or blend). Let rest 20–30 minutes.

Heat a nonstick pan, lightly grease, and pour in a thin layer of batter.

Cook ~1–2 mins per side until lightly golden. Stack on a plate.

Minced Meat Filling:
1 lb (450g) ground beef or lamb (or combo)

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tbsp tomato paste

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp cumin (optional)

Salt & pepper to taste

Fresh parsley or herbs (optional)
