Salmon Wellington: The Easy and Delicious Salmon Recipe

Who said cooking has to be complicated to be delicious? Today, I'm going to share my secret recipe for Salmon Wellington, an elegant yet simple way to impress your loved ones.

This recipe is my go-to when I want to impress my guests without spending hours in the kitchen. With simple ingredients and an accessible method, Salmon Wellington becomes a refined and delicious dish, perfect for any occasion.
🐟 1 salmon fillet (about 600g)
🧂 1 teaspoon salt (for the salmon)
🧂 1 teaspoon pepper (for the salmon)
For the pastry:
🥐 1 sheet of puff pastry (ready-made or homemade)
🥚 1 beaten egg (for the egg wash)
Preparation Method
Step 1: Prepare the spinach filling
Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Melt the butter: In a large skillet, melt the 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat.
Add the garlic and onion: Add the minced garlic and finely chopped onion. Cook for 3 minutes until softened and fragrant.
Cook the spinach: Add the spinach, salt, and pepper. Cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
Fold in the breadcrumbs and cheeses: Add the breadcrumbs, cream cheese, grated cheese, and chopped dill. Mix well until evenly combined. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Personal Note:

*For a unique twist, I added a tablespoon of grated cheese
