Salmon and Spinach Lasagna with Cream Cheese

Ingredients:
6–8 lasagna sheets (precooked or fresh)

250 g frozen spinach leaves (thawed and well squeezed)

200 g smoked salmon or cooked salmon

150 g cream cheese (e.g., herb or plain)

100 ml cream or milk

1 onion

Salt, pepper, lemon juice

Grated cheese for topping

Preparation:
Finely dice the onion and fry in a little oil. Add the spinach and sauté briefly. Stir in the cream cheese and cream, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
