1. For the dough, simply mix all ingredients into a smooth dough and let it rise, covered, for about 20 minutes.
2. For the filling, mix all ingredients in a bowl.
3. Then roll out the dough into a rectangle (approx. 30 x 20 centimeters), spread the nut filling on it, and roll up the dough. Cut it in half in the middle and twist the two ends together.
4. Place in a greased loaf pan overnight, cover, and let rise.
5. Finally, bake at 190°C for about 30-40 minutes. Done!
