Mini pizza burger recipe

1. Make the Mini Patties:
In a bowl, mix ground meat with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and tomato paste.

Form into 8 small, flat patties (slightly wider than the buns, as they’ll shrink when cooked).

Cook in a skillet or grill over medium heat for 3–4 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

2. Toast the Buns:
Lightly butter the inside of each bun and toast on a pan or under the broiler until golden.

3. Assemble & Add Pizza Toppings:
Place the bottom bun on a baking tray. Add the cooked patty.

Spoon 1 tbsp pizza sauce on top, followed by shredded mozzarella and a couple pepperoni slices.

Place under the broiler (or in a hot oven) for 2–3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

4. Serve:
Top with the bun lid and garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.

🍽 Serving Ideas:
Serve with fries, veggie sticks, or a simple salad.

Make it a party platter with different topping combos (like BBQ chicken or veggie supreme).

Offer extra pizza sauce or garlic aioli for dipping.
