Wash and dry the lemons and with a vegetable peeler remove the thin skin, removing only the yellow part, taking care not to remove the white part because it would give the liquor a very bitter taste. So we cut the lemon peel into strips and we will put it in maceration.
In a glass container, place the lemon peels and 500 ml of pure alcohol. Cover with plastic wrap and then with a kitchen towel and store in a cool, dry place that receives little light. It is important to let it rest for 5 days. (Minimum)
