Here's how I make my gelatin dessert. It's easy, quick, affordable, and cost-effective.

Ingredients:
For the colored gelatins:
1 sachet of strawberry gelatin (85 g)
1 sachet of orange gelatin (85 g)
1 sachet of lemon or pineapple gelatin (85 g)
1 sachet of grape gelatin (optional, 85 g)
1 liter of water (250 ml hot + 250 ml cold for each flavor)
For the creamy base:
1 can of sweetened condensed milk (397 g)
1 can of unsweetened condensed milk (410 ml)
250 ml of double cream (optional, for extra creaminess)
2 sachets of plain gelatin (14 g total)
125 ml of cold water (to hydrate the plain gelatin)
For the filling:
Fresh strawberries
Blackberries
Blueberries
Peaches in syrup

Step-by-step preparation:
Prepare the flavored gelatins (cubes)
Dissolve each gelatin separately in 1 cup of hot water.
