Fried omelet with cauliflower and vegetables

Ingredients:
1 small head of cauliflower, cut into small florets
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 chopped onion
1 garlic clove, finely chopped
4 eggs
2 tablespoons of milk (or water if you prefer a lighter version)
1 tablespoon of olive oil or butter
1/2 teaspoon of paprika powder
1/2 teaspoon of dried oregano or Italian herbs
Salt and pepper to taste
A handful of grated cheese (optional, e.g., cheddar or mozzarella)
Optional: Fresh herbs (e.g., parsley or chives) for garnish
