Ingredients:

1 eggplant (about 750 grams)
1 teaspoon of salt
20-30 ml of vegetable oil (plus a little for greasing)
300 grams of cream cheese
2 tomatoes
1 garlic clove
Ground black pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of dried parsley
Mustard, to taste
2-3 tablespoons of mayonnaise
1 egg
Breadcrumbs (if needed)
Black and white sesame seeds (optional)
Parchment paper
