1. Zesty Yogurt Herb Dip
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill or parsley
Salt & pepper to taste
π Mix everything in a bowl and chill before serving.
2. Spicy Hummus-Tahini Drizzle
3 tbsp hummus
1 tbsp tahini
1 tsp sriracha or chili paste (optional for heat)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1β2 tbsp cold water (to thin it)
π Whisk together until smooth and drizzle-able.
