Ingredients:
For the doughnut dough:
500 g flour
2 eggs
80 g sugar
1 sachet vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
20 g fresh brewer's yeast (or 7 g dried yeast)
200 ml hot milk
60 g softened butter
Oil for frying
Icing sugar for coating
For the pudding (filling):
500 ml milk
, 4 egg yolks
, 100 g sugar
, 40 g cornstarch (or flour),
1 vanilla pod or 1 tablespoon teaspoon vanilla extract
30 g butter (optional for creaminess)
