👩🍳 Preparation:
Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat) and grease a cake pan.
Beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
Add the Greek yogurt and mix well.
Combine the flour and baking powder and gradually fold into the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips or raisins, if desired.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 25–30 minutes. Don't forget to do the doneness test with a skewer!
Let cool thoroughly before serving and dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
💡 Tip:
Chopped nuts or berries also taste wonderful in the batter instead of raisins.
For extra fluffiness, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites separately until stiff peaks form, then fold in last.
