Separate the yolks from the whites, divide the sugar between the whites and the yolks, and add the vanilla to the yolks.
Beat the whites and yolks well.
Add water to the yolks and mix.
Sift the dry ingredients, add them to the yolks and stir, then add the whites in stages, mixing gently.
Place the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake. Once baked, cover it with a damp cloth and let it cool. Once cooled, remove it from the baking paper, serve it with drinks, spread the topping over it, wrap it well, and then place it in the refrigerator until it solidifies. When serving, decorate with chocolate dashes.
