Chicken and Chickpea Rice

Add salt, 2 cups of chicken broth, and 1 cup of hot water, and stir.

Close the lid and cook over high heat until boiling. Once boiling, reduce heat to low and cook.

Let's dig out the boiled chicken while our rice cooks. When the rice is drained and cooked, cover it with a paper towel, close the lid, and let it rest. After 15 minutes, add the chicken.
