Chicken Alfredo Garlic Bread Bowls

1. Prepare Bread Bowls:
Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).

Slice the tops off the bread rolls and hollow them out gently (leave about 1/2" of bread on the bottom and sides).

Mix melted butter, garlic, parsley, salt, and Italian seasoning.

Brush the inside and outside of each bread bowl with the garlic butter mixture.

Bake for 8–10 minutes until golden and slightly crispy. Set aside.

2. Make Chicken Alfredo:
In a skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil and sautΓ© garlic for 30 seconds.

Add heavy cream and bring to a simmer.

Stir in Parmesan cheese and let it melt, stirring until smooth.

Add chicken, salt, pepper, and any optional spices. Simmer until heated through and sauce is slightly thickened.

3. Assemble and Bake:
Spoon hot chicken Alfredo into the garlic bread bowls.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.

Bake for an additional 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

Chopped fresh parsley

Cracked black pepper

🧊 Tips:
You can use rotisserie chicken to save time.

Swap in Alfredo sauce from a jar if you're in a rush.

Add cooked spinach or sautΓ©ed mushrooms for a veggie boost.
