Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Carefully cut the top of each Kaiser roll. Using your fingers or a small spoon, gently scoop out the inside to form a bowl without piercing the outer crust.
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with the garlic and herb seasoning.
Using a pastry brush, generously brush the inside and outside of each bread bowl with the flavored butter.
Place the prepared breads on a baking sheet. Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, until slightly crisp but still soft inside. Set aside.
Tip: This step is essential to prevent the bread bowls from becoming soggy once filled.
